Why do people flag inappropriate questions if this site is supposed to help answear your questions but a lot of them get blocked?
The reason is exactly what you said - the questions are inappropriate. WikiAnswers can be viewed by anyone in the world, and most are offended or appalled by such inappropriateness in questions, so to give them respect, they are put away to a good place. You do not need an answer to an inappropriate question.

Actually, this site answers many questions. It is just that answers are not usually immediate. Sometimes people give inappropriate answers and they have to be cleared so others can see the questions and have the chance to give appropriate answers. It is possible that others don't know the answer, so you have to wait until someone can answer.Now, if you ask the question poorly, don't categorize it correctly, or break the rules, you might not get any answer.
Can I delete a question once it's answered?
No, only supervisors can remove questions off of the site by trashing them which hides them from regular users of the site. Supervisors are only allowed to trash inappropriate questions or questions that do not have enough information to be answered so just because you don't want your question on the site anymore does not mean it can be removed. Only questions that contain personal information in them qualify to be permanently deleted off of the site.

Why does WikiAnswers not let you post some questions?
Because some questions are either offensive or contain inappropriate subject matter. Remember - there is no age restriction on who can view this site.

That's the whole point of the site ! People ask questions they need to know - and the community eventually answers every single one. New questions are added just as quickly as existing questions are answered.
