At first I didn't understand either. Things like insults don't bother me, but to other people they seemed to cause damage. After some thought I came to the conclusion that they are just insecure about themselves to the point that the brain has to turn on a self defense system. They lash out at other people and don't think clearly. If this applies to you, I suggest that you step back and ask yourself, what will i gain from being angry? Or, will crying make everything better?

You are emotional because that's how the brain works. Also you have hormones in you that bring up certain emotions. If you are going through puberty you will usually be more emotional because there are more hormones.
