Why are you interested in the post?
I have read about how WM Housing group's growth is on the rise and felt working in such environment will help me realise my potential. I feel working for one of the largest and most successful housing groups in the Midlands will be a dream come true and will also be able to achieve my career goals. Having read the organisation's journey to excellence and I do feel I want to be part of the journey not to look from the outside. This clearly shows the organisation is moving in the right direction and the amount of support for the residents clearly shows the organisation clearly cares for its customers. The organisation's vision and values lured me into applying for the post.
