The circuit is simple .... headlamp bulbs to relay to fuses to switch .... ttroubleshoot those items and you'll find the glitch
I own a 2005 jeep Cherokee my headlights on the passenger side is not working changed the bulbs & they are still not working.
1. You have a busted headlights. 2. You have a busted fuse for the headlight. 3. Have an Electrical wiring connection problem. 4. No battery charge
Defective, corroded, or loose battery cable.
there is no fuse i dont think but there is however a fuse for the light control module that can be found under the passesnger glovebox. I changed mine and now right headlights are working!

Could you be more specific? Is the battery dead, will the engine not turn over, are the headlights not working, etc.?
If your electrical system is working as it should, using your headlights will not drain the battery. Of course that is assuming your engine is running. More than likely your alternator is not putting out enough voltage to keep the battery charged with the headlights on. Take your car to a trusted mechanic or auto parts store and have your charging system checked. You may need a new alternator. A loose drive belt can also cause this so make sure the belt is in good working order and adjusted correctly.
Headlights not working
check your fuses. that is the most likely cause. My son had the same problem with a 1998 sonata. Fuses were fine. Apparently, the wire bundle carrying the wire for the headlights was pinched between the battery and the fuse box under the hood. His battery holder wasn't holding the battery tight and it moved towards this wire and pinched it. Once that wiring bundle was moved above the battery, then the headlights worked!
The japan movement watch does require a battery. The battery in the watch will need changed frequently to keep the watch working properly.
If the headlights will not work properly on a 1992 Honda Accord than the fuse may be burnt out. To check the fuse locate it under the hood of the vehicle. The fuse box is behind the battery.
I just had the same problem in my '97 Nissan pickup. Both headlights stopped working at the same time. I went through some hoops, including trying a new headlight switch, but it turned out to be some corrosion in the plug for the fusible link that bolts onto the positive terminal of the battery. I cleaned that out and it is working fine again.
