Why boys don't trust girls?

Because guys aren't as open with expressing their feelings and what they are really thinking, so girls never really know what to expect from guys because they don't like talking about the mushy but important parts of a relationship. Also it's genuine guy nature to brag about how many girls he has 'got with' even when most of the time it isn't true i.e. girls don't want to be just another girl he got off with, they want to be made to feel special and cared for.

Some dont because they have been hurt by woman in the past like cheating or them not loveing them men back. I dont trust many women because when im in a relationship with a woman i would like her not to think other guys are hot or sexy or cute or flirt or look at others guys and if she does i just leave. I have jealousy issues and so do other guys but when men are in relationshop with woman and they think like that there is a way bigger chance of cheating on them or not loveing them any more etc.

Ah! This is a very interesting question! It isn't always the case of whether they are untrustworth, it's whether you trust them enough. If, I don't know, say you say him hanging around with some other girl, it doesn't mean to say he's going to ask that girl out or whatever, maybe he's just friends with her. Maybe, they were talking about how you and him were getting along! Maybe I've got this all wrong, and maybe you arn't going out. If you are, then ignor this next bit. If you are not going out, and maybe you don't wnat to because of the way he's been acting around not only you but other people, then maybe he just doesnt feel like he can be around you becuase, in a sence, he's a little scared of loosing you already, maybe not so much as a girlfriend at this time, but as a friend, so maybe that's why you're seeing him as untrustable.
