The basic supposition in this question, namely the Moslem girls are incapable of swimming, is untrue. There is no rule or interpretation of Islamic Law that precludes women from swimming nor are Moslem women, by genetic nature, incapable of swimming.
The reason very few Moslem women are seen on beaches or at Swimming Pools is because of issues concerning modesty. A Moslem woman is supposed to cover her arms and legs entirely and to cover her hair and chest. Most bathing suits leave these area uncovered and most normal cloth (which would cover these regions) would make a person too heavy to swim comfortably.
