first im assuming you mean how to sleep in late so i will tell you. first, before you go to bed spray some lavender or vanilla on your pillow and all around your room. it helps sleep activity. second, turn off your alarm clock if you have one and make sure you dont sleep with the tv on. if you can then sleep with it off, dont be like me and sleep with it on until you cant sleep with it on. third, make sure you have a comfortable bed.

∙ 13y agoit might be because you're not getting enough sleep or because you sleep too much. If you're set into a deep sleep for a long while, then your body will have to take 20 minutes or so to wake up and get used to activity.
