Hi for any object to enter into space it takes tonnes of pressurised liquid nitrogen to be combusted. A normal aircraft hasn't got the capacity or the strength to hold the amount of fuel required to produce enough thrust to pierce the earths atmosphere. space shuttles have to be covered kevlar plates to withstand the heat produced with entering through the almosphere , if these plates were added to normal aircraft they would be too heavy to gain any speed or lift to keep them airborne.
