There are many different kinds of sharingan.they are(1st slump,2nd slump,3rd slump,mangekyo form 1,mangekyo form 2,hawkeye sharingan,and internal sharingan.)
Why does Kakashi have the mangekyo sharingan?
Kakashi killed his teammate, Rin, though the exact reason why he did it has not been revealed - it may have been a mercy killing, he may have been tricked, Rin might have been a traitor, it's still unknown. Either way, killing her caused the eye Obito had given him to change into a Mangekyo Sharingan, and Obito's remaining eye did the same.

Tobi is not Madara Uchiha. He is Obito Uchiha, whose right eye is his original Mangekyo Sharingan eye. His other eye is the eternal one, considering he can evolve it to the Rinnegan form, it's most likely to be one of Madara's.

I think its when Sakura,Naruto and Sasuke were fighting Orochimaru. And in some frustated moment, Orochimaru quickly bites Sasukes that gave him the CURSE MARK aka MANGEKYO SHARINGAN. They didn't make the episode yet but he gets it and kills Itachi before Itachi pulls out his eyes, but first Itachi transfers all his jutsus he know then drops dead. At the end of episode 141, it shows Sasuke looking that the sun with his mangekyou sharingan.

Obito pushed Kakashi out of the way as a boulder was falling and he ended up being crushed. Obito knows he's going to die so his gift in the end to Kakashi is his Sharingan (his right side had been crushed leaving his left slightly better). Rin is a medical nin, and removes the Sharingan and places it in Kakashi's left eye socket. Kakashi then uses the Chidori and Sharingan to kill the enemy nin, but Obito is already dead by the time Kakashi is done. And thus Kakashi got his Sharingan.
