1st off, i would ck elec. connections @ battery. If no probs then i would ck the fuseable links (i have a '88 z2.4 and they are located in the wiring harness very near the positive battery conn.)

The metal behind the grill is all the same between the pathfinder and pickup truck from back then. The only other thing you will have to do is change the plugs on the end of the wiring harness for the lights but it is really simple.

Disconnect the cables at the 1997 Nissan battery. After following one cable to the other end, disconnect it then pull it out. Feed the new cable in the same way. Connect the non battery end. Do the same for the other cable then connect the cables to the battery.
