If you meant Harvest Moon DS, there are no kitchen knifes. Only oven, mixer, pot, frying pan and N/A. If you meant Friends Of Mineral Town, you have to watch the television for anything on sale. You cant get anything 'out of' your horse. Anything you put into his saddle bags goes directly to shipment. It's just like placing anything in the shipment box.
