I actually volunteer at a Fitness program and I can answer your question. If you apply for a Fitness program WITH the motivation you WILL lose weight, the trainer will be there with you every step of the way to motivate you, if you lose motivation, you won't lose weight, simple as that. If you stick to it, you will lose weight.

well i suppose for your age you can only stick to exercise and healthy eating for the moment, seeing as pretty much all weight loss pills are for over 18's and you probably will not be interested in green teas. well i suppose for your age you can only stick to exercise and healthy eating for the moment, seeing as pretty much all weight loss pills are for over 18's and you probably will not be interested in green teas.
I wouldn't tell her she is getting fat, a girl at her age is vulnerable to all kinds of body issues. Start encouraging healthy eating habits. Buy healthy foods. Try to incorporate vegetables into every meal. Don't buy sodas or junk food often. Use a brita pitcher and keep crystal light in the house to encourage drinking water and beverages not sweetened heavily. Just remember, if 'you' follow healthy eating habits, your children are more likely to stick with them as well.
