Best Answer

Germany was an ally to Japan so theyidn't bomb them. It is because the US declared war on Japan after Pearl Harbor that Germany declared war on the US. Germany backed Japan.

__

During WW1, they were not allies. With the exception of a number of battles between German and Japanese troops (mostly in German possessions in the Far East and the Siege of Tsingtao, China), there was very little contact between the two countries. Germany didn't manage to bomb Japan during WW1, and it was an ally in WW2.
