Best Answer

Henry VIII married so quickly after his accession because for several reasons. After the death of Prince Arthur Catherine of Aragon did not have the best life. Her father did not give her any money and neither would her father in law-several of her letters to her father have survived. Another reason why Henry married so quickly was because he had been in love with her for years.
