James Earl Ray shot Dr. King, even thought James was white, he didn't like the way things were going. He wanted everything to go back. He wanted whites to be good, and blacks to be bad. He shot Martin while he was walking on his balcony for a meeting. James fired the gun in Martin's head. Martin fell down on the balcony floor. While he did, James ran away. A little while later, Dr. King's wife, and some other people came to the meeting. They found Martin Luther King's body lying on the floor. They pointed over near a corner where I think they saw a gun lying on the ground. And so that's how Martin Luther King Jr died.
Rest in peach Dr. King.
