Why john Wilkes killed Abraham Lincoln?

John W. Booth thought he was a tyrant. After he shot Lincoln, he jumped on the stage and yelled "sic semper tyrannis" (thus always to tyrants). Did you know that there is theory that Booth was never actually killed? Booth was from the South, and did not agree with Lincoln's views on slavery, and that all men are created equal.

no, he did it because when the south lost the civil war he thought that if he killed Lincoln the war would keep going and he would have a chance of winning the war.

John Wilkes Booth killed Abraham Lincoln because John thought that he would become a hero to the South, because Abraham took everything away from them. Later on, John discovered that he was not a hero, most of the South was angry with him.
