∙ 13y agoQuetzalcoatl (Aztec God) Sailed to the East on a canoe made of serpents and was said to come back to destroy the empire being bearded and have wight skin. Because of this, the Aztecs thought Cortes was Quetzalcoatl and therefor thought he was a god.
