Islam is not a new religion. It is the religion first propagated by Hazrat Adam (AS). The basic belief being the ONENESS of Almighty God (Allah in Arabic). The same basic belief was preached by all the holy Prophets (May blessings of God Almighty be upon them all.) Their number is about 1,25,000. Hazrat Noah (AS), Hazrat Abraham (AS), Hazrat Jakob (AS), Hazrat Moses (AS), Hazrat Jesus Christ (AS) all preached that Almighty God is the Sole Creator, Sustainer, Provider and Ruler of the Universe. The last Prophet of Islam was Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (SAW). The Muslims believe that Allah Almighty has NO SON< NO PARENTS< NO OFFSPRING< NO PARTNER. The Muslims also believe in the Angels, holy Books, and the Day of Judgement. The Christian included the belief of TRINITY during the 4th century in a council.
The Muslims believe that no human being has the right to amend the heavenly religion. No Scholar of any heavenly religion (Christianity, Judaism, Islam) has the right to make any amendment in the basic beliefs. So, the Muslims worship the same Almighty God whom the Jews worship.
