Why did Rome led by Octavian turn against mark Antony and Cleopatra?

Most of Rome turned against Antony and Cleopatra due to the Propaganda war that was being waged between Antony and Octavian. Antony's actions and his conduct caused many to turn against him. His refusal to return to Rome and his treatment of Octavia, his wife, (and Octavian's sister) also added to the resentment of many Romans. They blamed Cleopatra for Antony's debauchery.

Why was cleopatra important to rome?
Cleopatra was not so much important to Rome as she was to Octavian. She was the tool that Octavian was able to use against Antony and to wage the war against him. By accusing Cleopatra of corrupting Antony, Octavian was able to get the senate to declare war against her. In reality this war was against Antony for sole rule, but Octavian had to avoid all semblance of a civil war and Cleopatra and her conduct with Antony was the perfect opportunity for him.
