In Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy, there are 3 films. Batman Begins (2005), The Dark Knight (2008) and the upcoming finale The Dark Knight Rises (2012).
Christopher Nolan has directed many sci-fi drama films that have won awards all over the globe. He is a lead designer on making Sci-Fi films and has contributed to many of the latest films including Avatar.
"Batman Forever" and "Batman & Robin"- those two movies were both very terrible as they were portrayed as Saturday morning cartoons. Joel Schumaker obviously did not know the difference between that and live-action films. That is why the entire series has been rebooted and Christopher Nolan has been considered the godfather of comic book films.
It depends on which version of the Batman mythos you follow. If you are referring to the Dark Knight trilogy of films by Christopher Nolan, Batman leaves Ra's al Ghul to die in a monorail train that derails...not killing him, but not saving him either.
Lego stopped making Batman because there were no films on at the time. Also, Lego have to move on eventually.
Since Batman 3 is still in production, basically there isn't even a script yet, nothing can be 100% certain at this point. But Christopher Nolan, the man behind the new Batman franchise, said that there will be no Robin in any of his Batman films, and Christian Bale, who plays Bruce Wayne/Batman, actually confirmed that in one of his interviews. The explanation is that this series of Batman movies describes the beginnings of Batman and that Robin is still too young to take on his role next to the Caped Crusader.
He was Batman in both "Batman Begins" and "The Dark Knight"- both of the films directed by Christopher Nolan. He also will be returning to play the Caped Crusader a third time in "The Dark Knight Rises".
I think he wants to quit while he's ahead. All three of the movies have been amazingly awesome, and if he continued to make movies they would inevitably go downhill, no matter how awesome of a director he is. Usually, sequels suck. Luckily, both sequels to Batman Begins were as good or better than the first. If he continued making more and more movies, they would all start sucking and it would just be too much. A trilogy is a good round number to end on, and I think it's definitely the right choice to make.
Christopher Nolan, born July 30, 1970 directed the film Interstellar. He is most known for his independent films. He was born in London, United Kingdom.
The film Batman was released in 1989.
I heard Christian Bale is itching to do another but he thinks it will be VERY hard to surpass the Dark Knight and to surpass The Joker as a villain so, it is all up to Chris Nolan of what he says.
Yes.No at the moment, but there could be apperances of him in the animated films.
