Humans have never been able to change the climate before, but now, since we began burning fossil fuels, we have added so much greenhouse gases to the atmosphere that the world is warming up. This global warming is causing climate change, because heat is energy, and the extra energy in the oceans and atmosphere is changing our weather substantially. Over the years the climate changes.
