So my new puppy(which is 2 months old and a poodle) I got on Christmas was playing with the neighbors dog (a husky about 8-9 years old), which is 6x his size. The bigger dog ran into him and knocked him over. I guess he got really scared and started yelping,whining,squirming you name it. He wouldn't even let my mom pick him up or touch him to comfort him. So I ask you, what was going on in his head?

How to get mastiff puppy to stop being so scared or timid?
Give it more attention and love and care for it, and especially give it some comfort everyday and hopefully it will get used to you. Then you will be able to have a normal dog instead of a scared timid dog.
