If the route wasn't made public,it would further complicate the cover up! How would Lee Harvey Oswald have known if they didn't make it public??? The C.I.A wouldn't have had their (Fall Guy)..... Then the strategically placed Snipers would have been even more obvious had the motorcade route been kept secret.
