Why did they change the name of the candy from Shock Tarts to Shockers?

As far as i know there is no actually reason for this change in labeling. Most people would come to the conclusion that wonka changed it to make Shockers more of a separate brand from SweeTarts As if Sour skittles changed their name simply to differentiate from regular skittles
