I joined the marine corps because i wanted honor, action, training, and the discipline that has been going on for hundreds of years
ANSWER I joined the Marines because I wanted to join the best fighting force in the United States. This was during the Vietnam War and I wanted the best training and the hardest discipline so that I would have a better chance surviving in Vietnam.
I'm joining the U. S. Army because it give me a sense belonging. Not only that but I feel that there really isn't a place in the civilian world that operates in such a manner that the U. S. military does.
You can join JROTC.
Yes,
no
If you complete two years in any branch of JROTC, you will be eligible for Advanced Promotion to E-2.
Yes. JROTC has no effect what so ever on what branch you join when you get to College ROTC than it might dictate what branch you join but only if you are going to a military academy like the naval academy or westpoint.
Yes it either moticates them to join the military, go to college and join the rotc, or just graduate.
Unfortunately no, unless you have retired from the military and become an Army Instructor or Senior Army Instructor, or somehow become involved by becoming a volunteer/chaperon, adults are not allowed to join JROTC as it is a student program.
JROTC= Junior Reserved Officers Training Corps. jrotc is used for people who want to join the military and people who want to get their GPA up.if u do 3 years of jrotc, youll go in the military as a PFC rather then a Private
in high school(jrotc) btw j stands for junior...or even in a r.o.t.c college and go for at least 2-4 years before you go to the forces
It couldn't hurt, since you'll be better prepared.
No. "ROTC in high school" is JROTC. If you complete enough JROTC you can enlist as E2 or something. That's the only advantage of JROTC. For Army ROTC you must attend and receive a degree from a 4-year university.
Yes there is JROTC in Hawaii.
