If all of the dashboard lights do not work at the same time on a Pontiac Montana, check the instrument panel relay. The relay is located on the firewall in the engine compartment.

If two lights bulbs burned out inside the dashboard of a Toyota Sienna 2000 is it worth replacing them all since it is such a big task to remove dashboard and if so how many light bulbs are there?

Hi we've had several lights out for a while but the guy at the dealer said that they'd have to rip the whole dashboard out just to replace two little inexpensive l.e.d. lights and the labor would be VERY expensive. So, we suffer with the inconvenience until something else goes wrong and the dashboard HAS to come off. This may not help but I'm sure if you check the dealer they can give you an estimate of time/labor vs part cost. hd- 6/21/09- I changed my instrument bulbs on my 200 Sienna and it was easy. Only 3 screws. Please see my notes at: How do you disassemble the dashboard of a 2000 Toyota Sienna

Why aren't your dashboard lights working on a 2000 Cavalier?

The white illumination lights went out on my dash about 4 months ago, I have been researching, looking on forums, got a manual, researched how to take dash apart. When I read the diagram and found out there were 8 of these lights, I thought it was impossible that all eight blew at the same time. It was a 20 amp yellow fuse , second row, marked ext lp in the book. New fuse today, now i have dashboard illimination lights. Boy am i happy. The lights by the radio and the heating and cooling controls were out too. They work too. Debi

Why is are my turn indicators not working in my 2000 Camry?

First thing I would do is to check the fuse box. Usually there are two, one near the engine and the other on the lower part of the dashboard. Sometimes one of the boxes will come with a fuse puller. This is handy because sometimes the fuses are very small. Check to see if there is a map (try the inside cover of the box) to tell which fuse is for the turning lights. Most of the time it will be just a blown out fuse.

Why don't I have dashboard lights in a 1992 Chevy Lumina?

If you don't have dashboard lights, check the tail light. They often go out at the same time. Most U.S. manufacturers put them both on the same circuit so that we'll notice when the tail lights fail. Check the fuses first, if that's not it, start tracing back to the switch.
