The policies of this site are that it should NOT recommend any service. However this site is a Wiki and people (anybody) can put up an answer. Incorrect or rule breaking answers may take some time to correct/remove.
When ever you are on the internet and looking for a site that provides a service (such as dating) it is best to assume that they will charge you.
