Because it's an internet myth. There was no "Obama special" and there was no such program scheduled to be broadcast (some versions of this myth say it was banned, but that is also not true, because it didn't exist). Fox has run a number of features about the president, the majority of which have been critical of him. There are also a number of specials about the president that have aired on CNN and on MSNBC; some of these programs were positive, and some gave him mixed reviews.
