The question perhaps refers to the rebellion of the American colonists in the matter of paying tax to the British crown. The justification for the colonists was that taxes were being paid to England but they had no representation in the British government.
The British who remained in Britain had representation within the democracy that was well established by the 1700s. Although there were periods of discontent, democracy and the rule of law has remained stable in Britain for several centuries. The tax system was simply a part of the democratic system in place and accepted by the vast majority of citizens.

The English Bill of Rights changed it completely. The British monarch was an absolute totalitarian government where the Crown decided over everyone, and there was no division of powers. Parliament came to change the way the Democratic system worked.

Yes. The British system consists of primary school, secondary school, college and university. The American system consists of elementary school, middle school, high school and college or university. Additionally, the British (or at least English) system has A Levels and/or GCSEs while the US has APs and IBs. In Britain, school years are 'forms', but in the US they are 'grades'. A 'class' in the US is a 'module' in Britain. Also, the US system grades in 'points' while the British system uses 'marks'.
