I am the same way. I have heard a lot of people say Diabetes. I am not sure, but I drink about 2 quarts a night. I am very annoyed by it because I usually have to get up and pee a half an hour before my alarm goes off. I have also heard people say that a high sodium diet is also to blame. i guess if we thought it was bad enough we would go to a Dr.

The salt in the sea water will cause the water in your cells to leave. You will feel even more thirsty. You will try to lose more salt by urinating more and this adds to the problem.
