Answer Sometimes in life we do things that we don't fully understand and most of the time it's because of something that happened to us in childhood. An example of this. My father was an alcholic and so when I grew up old enough to date I always searched for women who either had booze problems or drug problems as I always wanted to help these people. What actually happened in most cases is that I became involved with these women and of course it ended in diseaster. The reason these relationships ended the way they did is that while one may want to help someone, they have to take the first step or no one can help them. Maybe too you are just that kind of person who likes to see others happy as you must feel something from it or you wouldn't do it.
