Typically, a turn signal that works on one end of the car, but not the other, is just a burned bulb. It's when one whole side works and the other doesn't that things get a little more involved. Some European cars will alert the driver when a bulb burns out, and temporarily disable that circuit until the bulb is replaced and the key cycled on to off and back to on.
Turn Signal Troubleshooting (check in this order):
· Check Fuse
· Check Bulbs
· Check Flasher Relay
· Check Turn Signal Switch in steering column
· Check switch on brake pedal
· Check license plate light bulb and wiring
· Check all wiring harnesses and wiring for shorts
Most likely its the fuse or a burnt bulb breaking the circuit. See sources and related links below for bulb information. Sometimes the license plate and/or the trailer hitch is wired into other circuits and can cause issues in other areas. Sometimes its wires grounding out somewhere on the vehicle. See sources and related links below for bulb information. See owner's manual for location and identification of fuses.

See sources and related links below for replacement bulb information. Then consult your owner's manual for the turn signal light bulb replacement procedure. As simple as it sounds, the owner's manual is the best place to start for bulb replacement instructions and illustrations. You may want to consider replacing both left and right at the same time in order to keep brightness and color equal (optional).
Are you sure you mean right to left atrium (SA block) or do you mean AV block. If SA block the node at the junction is blocked a person will feel light headed and the secondary node will have to keep the heart pace up. The SA node is the primary pacemaker. If it is an AV block the signal will not be transmitted to either ventricle and it too will cause the heart to slow or a beat to be dropped.
on what car
More than likely you have a burnt out bulb at the front signal light, rear signal light, or brake light on the right side.
You have a problem with your ground. A weak ground will always cause this type problem.
NO
It has been my experience that a rapid turn signal indicates there is a burnt-out signal light bulb (either front or rear) on the side of the rapid blinking signal. If the right signal is blinking rapidly, the problem is in the signal lights for the right side (front or rear) of the vehicle. Turn the rapid signal on and step out of the vehicle to find which bulb is not lighting.
remove passenger side signal front light first then passenger headlight and horn should be right behind below the side passenger signal light!
trouble putting right front signal bulb in.
It means that a light bulb is out on the side where the light solid (not blinking) it could be in the front or rear of the vehicle.
The plastic is melted on the back of the light wear the two metal touches
the socket should just turn out in the back under the hood.
Bad bulb socket? Broken Wire to socket?
One of the front blinker bulbs is burnt out. Replace the bad bulb and the blink should function normaly. you have a front right turn signal bulb that is burned out. the resone it blinks fast is there is less load on the flasher .
