Wrong gender in the wrong body. Basically, if you were born a woman you would be a lesbian. Just because someone feels trapped in their body and wants a sex change does not mean they have to fall in love with the opposite gender all of a sudden. Those things don't change. Maybe you just want to be a transvestite and dress and live like a woman. Not everyone feels they want to change bodies. That is something you have to decide since there is no real turning back one the operation is done. It's very risky. Before you are allowed to have a operation though you will go to therapy for a couple of years so they know this is really what you want and you also have to live and dress like a woman during this time. Contact a psychologist to make sure what oyu want. They can help you sort out your thoughts and feelings.
In some cases, none. In other cases a man who was "straight" now is "gay" (or straight as related to the surgery.) A sense of peace and comfort with the world. The person is suddenly in their right body. If they are MtF and are attracted to men they are straight, if they are attracted to women they are lesbians If they are FtM and are attracted to men they are gay, if they are attracted to women they are straight.
Yes, it does change your orientation. For example: As a 10 year old boy, you were attracted to girls. Then you became attracted to other men as a 25 year old man.

None - you didn't want to say you wanted to have sex with that celebrity, though, did you? It's perfectly natural to find many other people than your spouse attractive, additionally straight men can find other men attractive, and straight women can find other attractive, it doesn't mean we want to leave our significant other for them !! - we are naturally attracted to all things beautiful - personally, i am attracted to pretty, shiny things!
Male attracted only to other males = gay Female attracted to only to other females = gay Male attracted only to females = straight Female attracted only to males = straight Male attracted to both females and males = bi Female attracted to both females and males = bi Male attracted to all genders (male, female, cis, trans, androgynous, intersex, ect) = pan Female attracted to all genders (male, female, cis, trans, androgynous, intersex, ect) = pan Attraction =/= actions. If you're male and aren't attracted to the males you're having these liaisons with, you're straight. HOWEVER, sexuality is not solid static thing. If you think you're gay and would like to label yourself as gay, that is perfectly fine. Who's to tell you what you really are? That's your job. Edit: good answer - clearly written - straight (no pun intended !) to the point.
Some are and some aren't. Just like any other group of people.

Bisexuals are attracted to both sexes. Lesbians are generally only atracted to other women
