No doubt the first-century Jews of Jerusalem and Galilee saw nothing to convince them that Jesus was other than a wandering preacher, like many others of his time. It is only the gentiles who could not have known about Jesus, other than what they were told, who began to believe in Jesus in significant numbers.

Aside from that, in the Tanach, it is specified that HaShem (The Creator) is not man or son of man. The idea that a man is HaShem completely violates the teachings of Judaism.

Does be called a Jew stand for worshipping god?

I am not sure I understand the question, but Jews absolutely do worship and believe in God. Since Jesus was a Jew, it is certain that he too worshiped and believed in God. Jews are monotheists. They do not believe in any other deity, nor do they worship anyone except the One God, the same God that Jesus worshiped. But the word "Jew" refers to someone who believes in the Jewish religion. People who believe that Jesus was the messiah and the son of God are called Christians. Jews, while they respect their Christian friends and colleagues, do not believe Jesus was the messiah or the son of God. Jews believe the messiah has not yet been sent. Jews have some beliefs that are similar to Christians, but also many that are different. That said, Jews then and now have followed the teachings that were written in the Hebrew Bible (Old Testament); these were also the teachings that Jesus often quoted.

Was Jesus God's fulfillment of the Old Testament?

Christians believe he was, Jews and Muslims believe not. Certainly there is no direct or indirect reference to Jesus in the Old Testament.
