They don't. The problem is, Argentine people are part of a stereotype which states that they arrogantly believe of themselves as "sencillito, bonito y carismatico" (Spanish for: humble, handsome and charismatic).
Of course it is a misconception that all Argentinians fulfill this stereotype, but ignorance and old stereotypes are hard to overcome, as Mexicans themselves can testify (see related questions).
