Islam doesn't wear anything, it is a set of beliefs. Some Muslims, however, wear the sari but that is cultural, not religious. There is nothing written in the Quran about the clothes you should wear, the food you should eat etc.
It's a modern western country and they wear modern clothes, just like you would see people (not Muslims or people who wear traditional clothes) in the US wear or in France etc.
Muslims is too broad and they range from modern to traditional. Many Muslims wear modern clothing and others wear a more traditional clothing. Its more related to location than being a Muslim.

In Islam- Muslims are to wear suitable clothes, Men and Women alike. Women should not wear revealing clothes as it allows Men to approach, attack, or discriminate against them.
It is not Islamic religion requirement for Muslims to wear galabiyas. It is cultural clothing for some countries.
They are recommended, per religion, to offer the clothes that they no longer wear, or no longer in need of, to the poor and needy people.
