Because Nintendo makes reliable products. Still have my NES, multiple game boys.

On the contrary...

My original Xbox died.

My Xbox 360 died.

PS2 died, replaced it, died again.

PS3 still goes, but I don't expect to have it for years to come like my good old reliable nintendo products.
