Possibly a short, maybe a bad fuse. There should be a fuse box under the dash, under the steering column. The schematic on the cover itself usually identifies each fuse. Careful; you're looking up and down now. Look for (probably) ww. Check Chilton's automative manuals at the library. You can find the problem; it's probably a minor one.
the wipier switch on the coulum is bad
They come on when you turn on the windshield washer, but only when the headlights are turned on.
1. There is only one 8D
Yes, but only when you remove the fuel tank.
Multi functions switch is junk
If your windshield wipers stay in the up position when you turn them off it is because the wiper motor has lost its lubrication. Simply take the wiper motor plastic cover off and spray some wd40 or a silicone spray libricant onto the spring and gears and then turn the wipers on and let them run for 20 seconds or so to work the lube in. Once you turn the wipers off the motor which lowers the blades then the motor actually will rotate backwards to set the blade in the rest position will be free to move. Once you do this I would suggest putting a real grease on them. Just spread the grease around the spring and shove a liberal amount down onto the gears to permanently replace the wd40 or silicone spray you used which was only a temporary fix. This also not only works on the vics but also any other vehicle especially the Chevy ventures and Montana familys which are known for poor lubrication in the wiper motors. Hope this helps.
Fault in the Crankshaft position sensor
Yes they do, if only for use on the ground.
throttle position sensor most liekly cause
You can't get a crown only if you bye one with a dress thats what i do to get a crown
Yes you can. I did it to my 91 s10 however you wont have control over your wiper speed since its only a two position switch on/off. I have a 3 position switch on/off/on one for slow and one for high however I have not tried this out yet.
The 1992 Jeep Wrangler wiper blade sizes are 11" wiper blades on both sides front and a 16" rear wiper (if applicable). 11" wipers can be difficult to find in stores. See sources and related links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.
