Seriously.... That is like asking "Why does America speak English" They just adapted to the langauge is all. ----------- Not really. America (I assume you mean the United States) speaks English because most of this country was settled by Englishmen under sharter to the British Crown, and were British colonies. Most French-speaking countries outside of Europe were similarly colonized by France (or Belgium in the case of the DRC).
