well really the only types of animals that live in ponds are like small fish , toads , tadpoles & those type of things . some of the time you might see a lizard in a pond but that's very rare . those animals live in the pond because that's where their feeding and living habitats are at and if they go anywhere else it may not support them like it does there . i hope that answers your question .
