That is a question you must address to your landlord. It PROBABLY has much to to do with the increased risk of having illegal activity occur upon their property, and all the attendant problems that brings with it.

What causes a substance to have a positive charge?

the object has to have more positive charges than negative charges.

When there are two or more charges the electric fields of each individual charge by repelling or attracting?

Two equal charges will repel one another. Two different charges (i.e., a positive and a negative charge) will attract one another.

What problems has Justin bieber been into in the past?

Assault charges, DUI charges, Drug charges, Vandalism, and some more. He is a rich punk, that thinks he is above the law.

An atom contains fewer electrons than protons has as negative ionic charge?

Electrons have a negative charge, and protons have a positive charge. If i have more protons(plus charges) than electrons(minus charges) overall the atom will have a positive charge(mabye +1 or +2 etc....depending how many more protons there are compared to electrons) If there are more electrons(minus charges) than protons(plus charges) then overall the atom will have a negative charge(mabye -1 or -2 etc....depending how many more electrons there are compared to protons) These charged atoms are known as ions.

Are alpha particles or beta particles more highly charged?

Can a judge take one of my six drug charges the trafficting conspiracy in sentence me 4 time out 6 on this charge?

This question is difficult to answer without more information, and frankly, is a little unclear. The judge cannot take a charge and multiply the sentence by four, no. If the prosecution can prove that you committed conspiracy four times, then they can charge you for four conspiracies.

What is going on when a neutral item is polarized?

In that case, the electrical charges are partially separated - more positive charge on one side, more negative charge on the other side.

What are the positive charges in an atom?

It means it has more protons (positive charge) and neutrons (no charge) than electrons (negative charge). This gives it an overall positive charge.

Which subatomic particles are attracted to each other?

Protons, which have positive charge, attract electrons, which have negative charge. Also, quarks with positive charge attract quarks with negative charge. (Actually, it is this electric charge which defines the properties of the particle they make up. A proton has more quarks with positive charges than with negative charges, for example.)

Do opposite charges attract each other?

If the atoms have opposite charges (positive to negative) they will attract. If the atoms have the same charges (positive to positive or negative to negative) then they will repel. You can look at the Law of Electric Charges to get more information on this.

How does an atom achieve a positive charge?

by loosing one or more electrons then it is an ion
