If the cat has spent alot of time around humans, it will adapt in order to fit better into its environment. If you have a toddler in your home, your cat sees that the toddler's method of reaching is extremely effective. Also, we as humans act similarly to what we see. This is called modeling behavior (monkey see, monkey do). That is how we learn to survive in our world. A house pet also conforms somewhat to human norms, such as sitting on someone's lap or meowing. In nature, cats are solitary animals and would never cuddle. Actually, cats dont even meow naturally. If you've ever seen cats together, you will notice that they don't meow to eachother. Cats learned to meow as a means to interact with humans. Using the same methodology, one can assume the same reason for reaching out like a toddler.
She/He is probably just showing affection or is just playing with you. Most likely not a signs of aggressiveness unless you have hurt them some way. This could also be your cat trying to show dominance over you. Most likely just playing though.
Cats bite you when they see you because they think you might hurt them. But if you pat them from behind and slowly go up to there head they nkow you just want to play and no hurt them
No they just want you to pick them up so they can scratch you in the face!
Because you are not the kitty's mother! The kitty's mother knows just how to pick up her kitten; you don't!
In general, cats don't like to be picked up. Of my 6 cats only one is happy to be held, all the others want down again almost immediately.
They grab them with their mouth...It doesn't hurt them because they have extra skin.
there are many such animals eg: white cats and dogs, sheep, lambs, baby polar bears, baby seals, take your pick.
Why did William and Kate pick those names for their baby
The daddy rabbit would but only to do harm to them. You should keep the daddy apart from the baby rabbits. Rabbits do not pick up their babies like cats do. If a baby falls out of the nest box the mom will not return it to it's nest. This is why you should be checking on your baby rabbits regularly comes in, the doe depends on you for help.
They put it between my cats shoulder blades where she couldn't pick at it.
Cats can meow because they want affection from you. Sometimes they're actually talking to you. I have a 10 year old tabby named Molly that will come up to me and meow and I'll ask her what she wants. She'll go directly to her dish if she wants treats, or I may not have filled her water dish up high enough or she may simply just be talking to me so I pick her up and pet her and then she's happy.
