Bones become stronger after exercise because when you exercise your muscles become bigger and your muscles pull your bone so if the muscle was big and the bone wasn't then there will be a high risk of heart attack.

While i dont rember all the details, i belive the muscles tear's and the mussle fills or regrows into the tear's and makes more muscle mass makeing you stronger,

though do not exercise when you,re muscles are sore, give them time to rest then you can do more with them then you could if you just keept training.

When muscles are flexed, they actually rip on a microscopic level. Once they are torn like this, the muscles grow new muscle to fill in the gaps. That is why, over time, when you use muscles, those muscles get bigger and stronger.
