Hah! This question made me laugh. Who really knows? Maybe it's just because they're men. Men, the ultimate sex, the greater of the two. Of course, we now this isn't true. There is no greater sex. Should you really judge people because they have their reproductive organs on the outside or inside? You shouldn't because it's wrong.
We were all children once and act like children every once and awhile, but it is scientifically proven that woman mature faster than men do. From the beginning of our exsistance, there has always been the battle between men and woman. Men are proven to be faster, to jump higher, to do many thinks better than women and that make them smug. But that's just science; just the way men were built.
Woman have something very important; ambition. That is the key to overcome this problem. Why are boys so cruel? The answer is because they are boys. Women take risks, and woman have ambition. The battle between the sexes will continue to rage of forever, and there is no way to stop it.
