Debt in money or in moral/ethics? For money there would have published/unpublished, hidden data. But like all other countries in Europe, WW2 brought to Bulgaria poverty, stagnation, loss of DDP/GNP, ruins etc...in fact MISERY! On moral issue, it became a satellite nation to the Soviets!
