Best Answer

Cultures create cultural segregation because when one culture is separate from another culture they are going to have separate ides and values, so when someone outside from their community/world come in. The people aren't necessarily going to believe what the person is going to say or do. So, the person is going to be judged by looks and the way they talk also because of different backgrounds.
