How can an ordinary people become outstanding?
This is a simple question, but it has various answers to every different person. What would work is just doing the things you love and enjoy doing. That is probably the best answer for now.

Why is recreation important?
Because it gives people something they probably like doing to do in their spare time. We all enjoy different things and our hobbies and the such are what keep some of us so "alive."

You should probably be a little rougher and enjoy doing boyish things if you are a tomboy. Girly-girls usually enjoy doing girl stuff. Or you could be a little of both, like me. I enjoy girl things sometimes and boy activities sometimes.

You have to be very good in dealing with people. You have to know the places that you are showing people very well. You have to know things about these places, like their history, to tell people about. You would have to enjoy doing what you do and showing people these places. You have to be patient. It would help to be able to speak different languages.

The best thing to do is write a list of things that you are good at, things you are not so good at, things you enjoy doing and things that you absolutely hate doing. The best things that are right for someone is something they enjoy doing. You have to be at work for 40+ hours a week, so you might as well be happy. If you are still lost, there are career aptitude tests that you can take. From what I have found is that the things I enjoy doing, those were the choices highest on my list. =)
