Dogs eat flies because they are hungry. They can cause bacteria or diseases. Well if your dog eats it, then it will be okay. If it eats so much, please ask a vet for problems or symptons.

like a wasp sounds bad
but an aveagre fly i don't see any harm mabey ring up the vets to be on the safe side though
