It is actually normal for some people to cry when they defecate. If you look at how your brain works, the urge to defecate is part of a natural process. Your brain tells your bowels that it is time to use the toilet. Yet the same parasympathetic system controls your tears, so the signals can get confused. This is more common than you may think. You might only figure out that this does not happen to everyone by comparing yourself to what your friends tell you. But don't worry, this is normal for some people. Some people even sweat or have blood pressure changes when they defecate too. This is all similar to why some people sneeze when they look into the sky.
