One of them has decided to be the dominant one. They are fighting to establish who is dominant. You should not let this happen, once they fight, then they will always fight. Take them for long walks together on leash only, for at least 45 minutes daily. Try to keep them separate at home for now & give them lots of daily exercise such as the walks. Take each one to a local obedience class. Let them know that you are the dominant leader of this pack and they are not to fight. It is very difficult to stop this behavior once it has started.
